Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms are a binding legal agreement between you and TE Web Solutions, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“WesenAI”, “we”, or “us”), governing your use of WesenAI on the web, on iOS, and on Android. By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at sign-up, or using the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use WesenAI.

What WesenAI is

WesenAI provides AI companions and general-purpose AI assistants for Amharic and English, available on the web, on iOS, and on Android. Depending on the companion or model you select, it can hold a written conversation, analyse attached text, PDF, or Word (.docx) documents, hold a spoken conversation through Walkie-talkie or Live voice calls, search scriptural reference corpora, proofread Amharic and Ethiopic text, draft administrative letters, work out the figures on a receipt, and write holiday greetings.

Generated documents have no official standing

This is the most important thing on this page. WesenAI can produce documents that are formatted to look like Ethiopian or other official paperwork, including administrative and government-style letters with reference numbers and Ethiopian calendar dates, and receipt or tax summaries showing a merchant name, a tax identification number, and a VAT calculation.

Everything WesenAI produces is a draft written by a language model. Specifically:

•

It is not issued, approved, endorsed, or recognised by any government body, ministry, bureau, tax authority, or other institution, and no such body is involved in producing it.

•

It has no official, administrative, or legal standing of any kind, and it is not a certificate, permit, licence, invoice, tax document, or official record.

•

Any reference number, receipt number, verification marker, or authority name appearing in the output is generated text. It does not come from a real register and it does not mean the document has been checked or verified by anyone.

•

Figures, dates, tax rates, and calculations may be wrong. Check them yourself before relying on them.

Treat the output as a starting draft to review, correct, and submit through the proper official process. Presenting it as a genuine or officially issued document may be illegal, and doing so is your responsibility alone.

AI output can be wrong

WesenAI generates its answers with AI models supplied by Google and other third-party model providers. You are always interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human. It can be confidently wrong, invent facts or citations, mistranslate, and produce text that does not match the grammar or the cultural context you intended. You are responsible for checking anything before you act on it or share it.

WesenAI does not provide professional advice. Nothing it produces is legal, medical, financial, tax, religious, or other professional advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, your legal position, your taxes, or your money.

Eligibility (18+) and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to create an account or use WesenAI. You may not use WesenAI if you are barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or the jurisdiction where you reside.

Keep your sign-in details and multi-factor authentication codes secure, and tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Give accurate information when you register.

Team accounts and Together plans

WesenAI supports team accounts with role-based permissions (`owner` and `member`) as well as family-or-friends Together sponsor plans:

•

Team workspaces. If you create or join a shared team workspace, team owners and members with the relevant permissions (`roles.manage`, `billing.manage`, `settings.manage`, `members.manage`, `invites.manage`) can manage team membership, invitations, billing, and records stored under that team workspace.

•

Together sponsor plans. Under a Together plan, one organizer funds up to five private member seats. Team membership grants seat funding and invitation management only; each member's chats, voice transcripts, and personal profiles remain strictly under their own personal account, and the organizer has no right or ability to view member conversations.

Credits, subscriptions, gifts, and refunds

Certain features of WesenAI consume API credits or included usage allowances:

•

No cash value. Credits and usage allowances are measurement units for accessing WesenAI features. They are not money or a bank balance, carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable except through our built-in gift invitation feature.

•

Web purchases (Stripe) and mobile subscriptions (Apple / Google). Credit packs and gift codes bought on the web are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed through your store account settings.

•

Refunds and EU/UK right of withdrawal. Except where required by mandatory law, purchased credit packs, redeemed gift codes, and used subscription periods are non-refundable. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you expressly request and consent that purchased credits and digital subscription access be supplied to your account immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once credits are credited to your account or used. For mobile subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google under their store policies.

Acceptable use

When using WesenAI, you agree not to:

•

Present anything it generates as an authentic, officially issued, or verified document, or use it to forge, imitate, or falsify official paperwork, identification, receipts, or records.

•

Break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the service to help anyone else break the law.

•

Impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your connection to one.

•

Create or spread content that harasses, threatens, defames, exploits minors, or is designed to deceive or defraud other people.

•

Upload files or personal information about other people, or record another person in a Walkie-talkie or Live voice call, without the legal permission and consent required to do so.

•

Attempt to break, overload, bypass, or work around the security, authentication, credit holds, or rate limits of the service, or access accounts or data you are not authorised to access.

•

Scrape the service, resell it, abuse gift or promotional codes, or use the service to build or train a competing model or product, unless we agree in writing.

Your content and uploaded files

You keep ownership of what you put into WesenAI: your messages, the text you paste in, the documents and profile pictures you upload, and what you say during a voice call. You grant TE Web Solutions, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, and process your content solely to operate, secure, and provide WesenAI to you, which includes forwarding it to the AI model and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to brief technical backup cycles.

As between you and us, we make no ownership claim over the output the assistant generates for you, and you are free to use it, subject to these terms. Because AI models can produce similar text for different people, we cannot promise that output is unique to you or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload your input and for how you use the output.

Voice calls (Walkie-talkie and Live)

Voice features need access to your microphone, which your device or browser will ask you to grant. Audio is captured only while a Walkie-talkie recording or Live call is active. A transcript (and where applicable a written summary) of each voice conversation is saved to your history, and you can delete it. If other people are present or audible during a call, you are responsible for informing them and obtaining their consent before recording.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of WesenAI, including individual companions, features, credit tariffs, usage allowances, and third-party AI models, at any time. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and parts of it depend on upstream AI and cloud providers whose availability we do not control.

Disclaimer of warranties

WesenAI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TE Web Solutions, Inc. disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service or its AI output will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, secure, or suitable for your purposes.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TE Web Solutions, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of WesenAI or your reliance on anything it generates.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of TE Web Solutions, Inc. for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or WesenAI will not exceed the greater of: (a) one hundred US dollars ($100.00 USD) or (b) the total amount you paid to TE Web Solutions, Inc. for WesenAI in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions (including parts of the European Union) do not allow certain limitations of liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TE Web Solutions, Inc. from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of documents or outputs generated by WesenAI.

Ending your use of WesenAI

You can stop using WesenAI at any time, and you can delete your account from within the app under Settings → Delete Account. If you are the primary owner of a team account that still has other members, you will need to transfer ownership or remove those members first.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if it is necessary to protect the service, our providers, or other users. The sections on generated documents, your content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law continue to apply after your account ends.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what WesenAI collects, how it is stored, which other companies process it, and how to delete it. Please read it: it forms part of your agreement with us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you or request your acceptance in the app. Continuing to use WesenAI after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution

These terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or WesenAI are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence (such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Ethiopia) require those local consumer protections to apply.

If you reside in the United States, you and TE Web Solutions, Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or WesenAI (except for individual claims eligible for small claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property or security abuse) will be resolved solely by binding, individual arbitration administered under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and you and TE Web Solutions, Inc. each waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first creating your account by sending an email stating your name and account email address to support@wesen.ai.

For any dispute not subject to arbitration (and to the extent permitted by mandatory local consumer law), you and TE Web Solutions, Inc. submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Nevada, United States.
